I am doing this campaign
and it is called Live Below the Line. It is a great campaign and although I
will get no samples or coupons out of this one I feel that this will give me
much more. Live Below the Line is challenging people to see if they can eat everything
they need for just $1.50 a day for a total of 5 days. They picked that number
because that is the average amount that people have to use if they are in
extreme poverty.
In the campaign in order to participate you
also have to pick a non-profit organization and the one I picked was a Shot @
Life. This is from my own page telling you what Shot @ Life is:
“Shot@Life educates, connects and empowers Americans to
champion vaccines as one of the most cost-effective ways to save the lives of
children in developing countries. A national call to action for this global
cause, the campaign rallies the American public, members of Congress, and civil
society partners around the fact that together, we can save a child’s life
every 20 seconds by expanding access to vaccines. By encouraging Americans to
learn about, advocate for, and donate vaccines, the United Nations Foundation’s
Shot@Life campaign will decrease vaccine-preventable childhood deaths and give
children a shot at a healthy life.
I
feel that whether you are in a developing country or not you still need your
children to receive vaccines. I also realize that this may be a controversial
subject for some of you. All I would like is for you to hear me out.
This
is also why I am taking the challenge. In today's world, extreme poverty and
inequality are unjustifiable and unfair. Live Below the Line demonstrates the
problem in a concrete way, while raising money to address the problem. Support

I think this is such a great BzzCampaign. I need to do my blog post for it soon as well! I also need to figure out what I am going to eat that week, it will definetly be an eye opening exercise in living "below the line"
